Subscription orders renew automatically based on the delivery interval selected at checkout. Renewal details, pricing, and timing are shown before purchase.

Managing your subscription

Customers can use the Mela subscription login page to view subscription details, pause, cancel, or request changes when supported by the current subscription status.

Billing and changes

Changes should be made before the next renewal date. If an order has already processed, it may need to follow the regular return or refund process.
