Together, we will create a nutrition plan for you based on your own body chemistry revealed in you bloodwork.  The result is a plan that is 100% tailored to YOUR dietary and personal needs. You will be using the ingredients in your personalized foods list to create simple and delicious meals.   Along with 1:1 ongoing coaching support from me, and some optional easy-to-follow recipes, over the course of a few short months you will experience profound changes to the way you eat, look, and feel that will stay with you for a lifetime of creative fun and enjoyment going forward!

I Have Reached My Goal Weight!

At the Start

Here I am at the start.  My weight was continually going up and I was afraid of what I would look like as time went on.  So I decided I had to do "something"!

14 weeks, 5 days
Lost 16lbs

I have reached my goal weight!  That is just the start!  It gets even better from here as I design and implement a sustainable workout program for myself to reshape and sculpt my body the way I want it to look!  I still think I could stand to lose about 5 more pounds but without the corresponding muscle I want to gain, I would look just too skinny!  In any case, I feel so much better!  I have more energy and much less brain fog which equates to a much higher quality of life for me!  Yay me!!
